Guinness sells very well around St. Patrick’s Day and at Irish bars, but that’s about it. The goal was to turn Guinness into beer you could drink anytime.

Instead of promoting Guinness, the campaign glorifies the Half & Half; an old trick floating stout over a half-pint of another beer. 
Guinness is seen as a heavy beer, but this proves its light, and looks really cool. Mixing down the bitter taste with something smoother also makes the drink a little more approachable and delicious.
